Questions about your bill?

​​What billing or insurance information do I need to bring to my appointment?  Bring your current insurance card, and a form of payment for charges during your visit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, HSA and cash.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?   This usually takes 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer if issues arise about your coverage.

 

I paid my copay, why am I getting bills from your office?   Many insurance plans now have much higher deductibles than in the past.  Not all services are covered by your insurance.  

 

I don't have insurance or have lost my insurance. Can I still come to your office?​   Yes!!!  We have a fee for service price list.  The charges are surprisingly affordable.  There are even bundled prices for physicals where you can get an exam, lab, vaccine and other services such as EKG, all for one low price.

 

I just received a bill from you and I cannot afford to pay it in full this month, what do I do?   Definitely call us and arrange for payments.  This will avoid a collection process and will help protect your personal credit.
